Introducing the brand new all-in-one performance brief. With the popularity of our Compression Jock Short and Compression Brief, we received requests for an outer short that can be worn by itself. We have created the Performance Short with the option of either a built-in Quad Strap Jock or Brief. 
The Diamond MMA Performance Short combines the exceptional groin protection guaranteed by Diamond MMA products with a proprietary double-layered fabric meant to be worn as an outer short. It also features a thicker, more durable drawstring and improved waistband.

Product Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity and performance of your Diamond MMA gear, please follow these care guidelines.• Athletic Cup:
• The cup can be hand-washed with soap and water for quick cleaning.
• Alternatively, leave the cup inside the jockstrap during a gentle, cold machine wash. After washing, remove the cup and allow it to air dry. Do not place the cup in the dryer—high heat can cause damage.
• Jockstraps and Briefs: Machine wash in cold water. To maintain elasticity and overall durability, avoid using the dryer. High heat from dryers can break down elastic materials over time. For best results, lay flat or hang dry.Following these instructions will help keep your gear in top condition, ready for every game or workout!
